Superfine merino is finer and softer than “extrafine” merino fabrics used by many mainstream brands. It is a term used to describe the diameter, in microns, of each fibre of wool. The lower the micron, the softer the wool. We use 17.5 micron and 18.5 micron merino wool fabrics, which is why our fabric feels softer and silkier.
