How do I buy something?

Shopping with us

Buying online is much the same as visiting a supermarket. You add the products you would like to purchase to your basket by clicking on the ‘add to cart’ button on the product page. If you are still browsing and comparing products before making a final decision, you can click on the ‘add to wishlist’ button. When your ready to go to the checkout, click the ‘view shopping basket’ button or the ‘view wishlist’ button. From the wishlist you can add items to your shopping basket; from your shopping basket you can delete items or vary the quantity of an item if you have changed your mind. When you’re made your final decision, click on update order, and then click on proceed to checkout. Follow the payment instructions. Once you complete the payment process, your order will be received by Bokbo and despatched the same day.

Do I need to sign up to buy?

To use a discount coupon code you will need to register as a customer.

We value our relationship with our customers and issue discount coupons to reward customer loyalty.

We cannot offer you rewards if you are not registered as a customer.

You do not need to register to make a purchase without a discount coupon code.

I have forgotten my password, now what?

From the ‘My Account’ page, click ‘Forgotten your password?’ Enter your email address and an email will be sent to you with a link to reset your password.

What methods of payment are accepted?

We trade in Australian dollars and process payments via Stripe or PayPal using either your PayPal account, your Visa/MasterCard credit or debit cards. We also accept payment via direct debit bank transfer from Australian bank accounts. All payments are processed securely using 128bit SSL encryption and no card details are stored by the site.

Can I pick-up my order?

How do I return / exchange items?

Refunds & exchanges

Bokbo strives to provide the best products possible, but if your order arrives and you decide it isn’t just right, most items can be returned to us within 15 days of receipt. The product(s) must be as new, ie: unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unsoiled and in their original packaging and/or tags attached. Bokbo packages your items with great care, so the occurrence of transit damage or faulty items is very rare, but should it occur please contact us within 24 hours and we will minimise any inconvenience and organise a replacement.

We are unable to accept returns on the following:
  • Underwear, swimwear, soaps and lotions.
  • Damaged, used, washed or worn goods (unless agreed to by us in our sole discretion).
  • Goods that are no longer in their original packaging in perfect condition.
  • Made to order items.
  • Other items where the product page was marked as non-returnable or final sale.
  • Orders that were shipped more than 30 days ago.
